KIDS CAMP AT TITANIUM
Give your kids the best summer when they attend our summer kids camp where we provide an exciting, safe, and nurturing environment for children to learn about the importance of fitness and nutrition. Our experienced and certified instructors help kids build self-confidence, develop teamwork, and enhance their physical abilities. We offer a wide range of activities that are designed to be both fun and educational and incorporate simple and fun cooking segments where kids make their very own tasty snacks to enjoy during camp and bring home to parents!
A DAY AT CAMP:

8:00-8:30AM: Meet and greet all campers, participate in icebreakers so kids get to know one another

8:30-9:00AM: Low impact exercises to warm the body and learn about the benefits

9:00-9:30AM: Work on skills for a specific sport and team-centric challenges

9:30-10:00AM: Group focused physical games and activities centered around sports

10:00-10:30AM: Snack time! Kids participate in the making of healthy foods and work as a team (they bring some home too!)

10:30-11:30AM: Myth Busters - work as a team to test whether something is true or not (can you really cook an egg on a hot sidewalk?!)

11:30-12:00PM: Misc activities and free time for kids to spend together!
