Our group fitness strength training classes are an effective way to target key muscle groups in just 30 minutes. We make your training simple by setting the perfect schedule and programming to transform your entire body.  Strength training classes are suitable for all fitness levels and are a great way to increase your strength and overall fitness. We use a variety of exercises and equipment to challenge and motivate you to reach your goals.

At Titanium Fitness, our rhythm-based cycling classes are the perfect way to get your energy levels up! We dim the lights and play energizing music to create an empowering atmosphere, while you enjoy a low impact, cardio-based workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. Our classes will help you build endurance and encourage you to push yourself further.

Our kickboxing classes offer the perfect combination of boxing technique, self-defense skills, strength training, and endurance building. Our instructors will provide gloves, muay thai pads, and partner work to keep you engaged and help you build confidence. With each class, you'll become stronger and more empowered.
