STRENGTH TRAINING

Throughout the week, you'll train different muscle groups for maximum results.  Sessions are broken up between upper, lower, core, and total body segments with programming suited for all fitness levels (we can modify anything!).

INDOOR CYCLING

If you're looking for the best low-impact cardio, try our rhythm-based cycling class.  A room filled with high-energy instructors and music plus fun light effects to enhance the mood, you'll get stronger, increase endurance, and leave anxious for more!

BOXING

Throw on a pair of gloves and get ready for this high-energy, fundamentally sound workout.  Designed for beginners and intermediate participants, we'll lead you through the the basics of boxing working on heavy bags, sparring with your coach or peers, and rounding out a total body workout by including some functional training.
