What should I expect for my first group Strength Training class at Titanium Fitness?
During your first group strength training class, we encourage you to arrive 10-15 min before the start of class so your instructor will welcome you to the studio, show you around, and explain how class will be run that day. Because our classes are only 30 min, we do not provide any guided stretching, so we suggest arriving 10-15 min early so you can stretch on your own. The class typically includes a brief warm-up sequence while your instructor walks you through each exercise or station, then directs you through class and offers support the entire time. They'll provide personalized feedback to ensure you feel confident and ensure proper form and technique. We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and clean shoes that allow for easy movement and flexibility.
