CLASS TYPES

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

When you participate in a Total Body Strength class, you'll work through a series of exercises using free weights and light equipment to build your strength and confidence.  Every class is different and will empower you to get stronger.  We teach you proper form and execution of movements during class.

TOTAL BODY BURN

Total Body Burn class is a fantastic high impact cardio focused workout.  You'll be challenged through rounds of exercises that will elevate your heart rate for short periods of time for maximum caloric burn. As always, we offer modifications so every fitness level can participate!

TOTAL TONE

If you're looking for a low impact workout that still helps you tone your body, Total Tone classes are exactly what you need!  Grab a mat and a light set of weights and bands for a total body, beat-based workout with high reps to help you tone your body.

TARGETED MUSCLE GROUPS

We carve out class time to focus on specific muscle groups like lower body, core, and upper body throughout the week.  During these classes, you can expect to focus on developing overall strength and endurance through weight training within that focused muscle group while you fire up your heart rate and burn calories!

Are the Group Strength Training Classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our group strength training classes are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, including beginners. We keep our class sizes small enough so our instructors can provide one-on-one attention and offer modifications to ensure everyone can participate and progress at their own pace.

What are the benefits of joining Titanium Fitness's Group Strength Training Classes?

Joining our group yoga classes offers a multitude of benefits. Not only will you build muscle, and potentially lose weight, but you will also improve your cardiovascular endurance, enhance your functional movement, and increase your mental focus. The supportive and motivating environment at Titanium Fitness will help you develop a positive attitude and become more confident working out and in your day to day activities.

What should I expect for my first group Strength Training class at Titanium Fitness?

During your first group strength training class, we encourage you to arrive 10-15 min before the start of class so your instructor will welcome you to the studio, show you around, and explain how class will be run that day. Because our classes are only 30 min, we do not provide any guided stretching, so we suggest arriving 10-15 min early so you can stretch on your own. The class typically includes a brief warm-up sequence while your instructor walks you through each exercise or station, then directs you through class and offers support the entire time. They'll provide personalized feedback to ensure you feel confident and ensure proper form and technique. We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and clean shoes that allow for easy movement and flexibility.
