Group kickboxing classes are fitness classes that involve learning and practicing kickboxing techniques in a group setting. These classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through various boxing and kickboxing drills and exercises to help you improve your fitness level and kickboxing skills. Our typical class structure consists of the following:

 

You’ll begin class with a warm-up consisting of heart-pumping exercises to warm up the muscles then move on to practice footwork and punches.  From there, you’ll pair up in partners and work together, practicing a combination of moves and defense tactics that engage the entire body and improve your skills.

Kickboxing is a form of boxing based on punching and kicking. Our kickboxing classes focus on functional movement and proper boxing form. Kicking is a component of the class, but certainly not the primary focus. Best of all, if you have any specific conerns about kicking, we will gladly accomondate modifications to ensure you are comfortable and empowered during your experience.

What should I expect for my first group kickboxing class at Titanium Fitness?

In a group boxing class, you can expect a combination of cardio exercises, punching and kicking drills, and techniques. The class may include warm-up exercises, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, and conditioning exercises. The instructor will guide you through each exercise and provide feedback to help you improve your form and technique. Be sure to bring plenty of water, a sweat towel, and your own boxing gear. Don't worry if you don't have your own gloves, we provide gloves for you to use during class. We highly recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes as well.
