Group Kickboxing Classes FAQs

Does the class only involve kicking?

Kickboxing is a form of boxing based on punching and kicking. Our kickboxing classes focus on functional movement and proper boxing form. Kicking is a component of the class, but certainly not the primary focus. Best of all, if you have any specific conerns about kicking, we will gladly accomondate modifications to ensure you are comfortable and empowered during your experience.

Are the group kickboxing classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, our group kickboxing classes are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, including beginners. In these group kickboxing classes, the instructors will provide modifications and options to ensure that everyone can participate and progress at their own pace.

What should I expect for my first group kickboxing class at Titanium Fitness?

In a group boxing class, you can expect a combination of cardio exercises, punching and kicking drills, and techniques. The class may include warm-up exercises, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, and conditioning exercises. The instructor will guide you through each exercise and provide feedback to help you improve your form and technique. Be sure to bring plenty of water, a sweat towel, and your own boxing gear. Don't worry if you don't have your own gloves, we provide gloves for you to use during class. We highly recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes as well.
